18:15 - 19:00 Vinyasa Yoga
19:30 - 20:15 Hatha Yoga
20:45 - 21:30 Gentle Flow Yoga
All yoga courses will be taught in English on the paddle board and are suitable for beginners or advanced students of SUP or yoga. Students can wear regular yoga clothes for paddle board yoga. Students can lock up their belongings safely at the station. If it rains, unfortunately class will be cancelled. If it is extremely hot, then a bathing suit with shorts should be fine.
Tamara is delighted to share the wisdom of yoga with others. She believes in the power of yoga, as it has been a testament to her own life of transformation and healing. She teaches a variety of yoga styles on and off the paddleboard to all ages and abilities, from Vinyasa and Hatha, to Yin and Gentle Flow. Through yoga postures, she creates moving meditations in which one can become attuned to his/her body, mind and spirit.She has been teaching SUP Yoga every summer since 2013 with SUP Club HH.
